How long does shipping take?

Most orders are hand-assembled in 2–4 business days. Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated before tax and after any discounts.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking link is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can also visit the Orders page to look up your order status at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Are the crystals real?

Yes. We source natural crystal beads selected for visible texture, tone variation, and color. Each stone is chosen for its symbolic meaning and everyday wearability. We do not sell lab-created or synthetic stones as natural.

What materials are used?

Our bracelets use natural crystal beads, durable elastic cord, and metal accents (gold-tone or silver-tone depending on the design). Each bracelet arrives with a soft pouch, care card, and intention prompt.

Do crystal meanings actually work?

We present crystal meanings as symbolic ritual language — not as medical treatment or guaranteed outcomes. Our bracelets are designed as wearable reminders for mindfulness, intention setting, and daily self-care. They are jewelry, not healing devices.

How do I choose the right bracelet?

Start with our short quiz. It asks about your current intention, daily routine, and color preference, then recommends a bracelet formula. You can also browse the Shop page and filter by intention category (Calm, Focus, Love, Grounding, Self-care).

What sizes are available?

Most bracelets come in Small (6.25 in), Medium (6.75 in), and Large (7.25 in). The exact sizing is listed on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day support window from the date of delivery. If your bracelet arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will work to make it right — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If the size does not fit, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange for the correct size.

My bracelet arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Gifting

Is the packaging gift-ready?

Yes. Every bracelet ships in a sage green box with a soft pouch, care card, and intention prompt. It arrives ready to gift without additional wrapping.

Can I include a gift message?

At the moment we do not offer a gift message option at checkout. However, the included intention prompt card works as a thoughtful personal note. If you need something specific, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Your order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email you provide at checkout.
